Managing the client relationship with Wayfair included three separate workflows. Tasked with the strategic creation, production, and publishing of both long and short-form video content, we anchored Wayfair’s digital media ecosystem to two long-form serialized cornerstones: A Style is Born and Iconic Objects.
Our third workflow centered on launching Wayfair’s TikTok presence in 2024 with a series of platform-native recurrent content pieces, from man-on-the-street style interviews to Gen Z-curated design hot takes and more.
From concept to completion, including publishing optimization, and thorough reporting, our team helped drive the edu-tainment trend that currently commands the social zeitgeist on video-first platforms for one of today’s most visible ecommerce brands.
